Group Warm-up (10 min)

    • 40 Butt Kickers
    • 30 Alt Lunges (15/15)
    • 20 Air Squats
    • 10 Plank to Alt Toe Tap

    • 10 Groiners w/ T-Stab (5/5)

EMOM Pre-Game (10 min)

  • 5 Power Cleans + 5 Front Squats + 5 Push Press (BB/ DB/ KB)

Partner Workout

  • Part A – 5 RDs
    • Partner 1 – 200 m Run
    • Partner 2 – 4 Pull-ups + 8 Box Jumps + Max Push-ups
  • Part B – 5 RDs
    • Partner 1 – 200 m Run
    • Partner 2 – 4 Burpees + 8 Renegade Rows + Max Air Squats
  • Partner 2 will continue to work until partner 1 returns from the run. Workout is done when both partners have completed 5 rounds at each.

Finisher (3 rds)

    • 8 DB Front Raise
