Partner Workout

With your partner AMRAP each movement for 4 min UGOIGO style.

    • 5  Clean & Press
    • 10 Wall Balls
    • 5  Front Squats
    • 10 DB Deadlifts
    • 5 Burpees
  • Take 1 min rest after each AMRAP.

3 – 6 – 9 – 12…add 3 reps each rd
