  • 10 groiners w/ t stab
    1:00 jump rope

 

Pre-game:  30 sec work 20 sec rest x4 rounds

  • Battle ropes
  • burpees
  • mountain climbers on BOSU

Workout: 5 Rounds 

  • 10 KB halos 5l/5r
  • 10 double KB chest press
  • 10  KB pullovers w/bridge
  • 10  KB waiters chest press(5l/5r)
  • 10  KB marches

1 min jump rope 

Core finisher: 2 Rds

  • 25  Crunches w/ punch  at top
  • 20 flutter kicks
  • 20 scissor kicks
  • 20 glute bridge on Dynamax ball
