  • 15 Squat Thrusts

 

Workout: 15 Minute AMRAP (as HEAVY as possible)

  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 5 Hurdle Jumps
  • Lateral Shuttle Run -alt sides every 3 (NLPS to end of lot / NLPN around the building)
