Post Hump Tabata Boxing day workout

3  rounds / Take a minute rest between rounds

60 seconds work/20 seconds of Abs… In between each station there will be a bag or mitts to hit. 

  • Slam ball
  • Mountain climbers (knees to elbows)
  • Bosu Burpees
  • Dumbell push press
  • Jumping pull ups
