Tabata Boxing
Between each boxing bag and mitts there will be these exercises:
- DB Thrusters
- Sandbag shoulder passes
- Burpees
- Jump Rope
- SuperBand Deadlifts
- Atomic Push-ups
2 minutes of work on each station, last 30 seconds of each station “I say you do” and then you get 20 seconds of rest and move to the next station
