Complete all 6 rounds before moving on: Take 1 minute rest between each station
- Dynamic squats
- Reclines
- Single leg Jump rope (alternating between rounds)
- DB Lateral lunges with an Overhead Press
- Box Jumps
- One arm push-up on knees
