Complete all 6 rounds before moving on: Take 1 minute rest between each station

  • Dynamic squats
  • Reclines
  • Single leg Jump rope (alternating between rounds)
  • DB Lateral lunges with an Overhead Press
  • Box Jumps
  • One arm push-up on knees
