We’re doing 8 rounds of 40 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest non-stop

  • Kettlebell swings
  • Burpees 
  • Rower 

Have fun with this one!

Dont use the rower as rest!
Keep the pace consistant on the rower, try to do the same amount of burpees with each round.
