Nxt Level Conditioning Circuit
Four rounds; One minute recovery between rounds
- round 1: 30/20
- round 2: 30/15
- round 3: 25/15
- round 4: 20/10
Movements are:
- Reclines
- Slam ball
- Rower
- Mountain climbers
- Kettlebell swings (modified dead swings)
- Push ups on rings (modified on knees)

This Fitness system works especially well with people who are over 50 years old. It brings back a sort of youthful feel for life. It also brings back functional & neuroendricrinal competancy when there was a seemingly slow decline in normal bodily functions.
