Do 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 10 minutes at each station.
Here are the couplets;
- Single Arm Kettlebell swings L/R
- Dbl Kettlebell presses
- Jumping pullups
- Kettlebell high pull (Long Cycle swing )
- Dumbbell thrusters
Rest 1 minute between rounds
