  • 100 mountain climbers

  • 20 times 10 yard shuttles (in athletic stance)
  • 30 jumping lunges (1R/1L =1rep)
  • 40 Reclines
  • 50 medball slams
  • 50 kettlebell swings
  • 50 diamond leg sit ups

    Samantha Bennett has been a member at NLP for a little less than a year. Samantha came to us to improve her overall athletisism. She is in her senior year and pitches for the Rider College Softball Team. This year she had to pass her teams General Physical Performance test, in where she has to pass certain events in order to maintain her status on the team. Samantha was very nervous but worked hard all summer with two of her peers training at Nxt Level. NLP wants to congratulate Samantha Bennett for killing the GPP test. Her scores were as follows:             

    1.5 mile – 12:18 min                           
    300 m sprint – 55.6 sec
    max sit ups in one min – 53 (almost a perfect score)
    max pushups- 43

    Samantha, who scored well above the standards, was very happy with the results. She thanked us for her helping her enhance her performance. Well Samantha, be proud of yourself. We showed you the path, but you actually did the work to reach your intended goal. So, KUDO’s to you in reaching your goal. We are very proud of you. You killed it Kid.
