work / rest ratio = 30/20, 30/15, 25/15, 20/10

Movements:

  • Reclines 
  • Kettlebell highpulls
  • Mountain climbers
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Tire handstand walks 
  • Dumbell push press
  • Med ball sit up and toss
  • Burpees

1 minute rest between rounds.
