Stay at the station and complete 6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest.

  • Reclines
  • DB Shoulder Presses 
  • Push-ups 
  • Burpees 
  • Hex bar deadlifts
  • Slam Ball Slams 

Take 40 second rest between rounds


Reclines are essentially a upside down push-up and when performed correctly provide significant  upper body strength
