Met Con Challenge
This ROD is most effective when done nonstop.
- 80x Mountain Climbers.
- 100x Jump rope rotations.
- 10x Push Ups.
- 10 Sit-outs.
- 10x Burpees.
- 10x Ball Slams.
- 4 Lines of Ladder Footwork. (2 feet in 2 feet out)
- 30 Kettlebell swings…. Repeat sequence as needed
Be as smart as you can, but remember that it is always better to be wise than to be smart.
