Met Con Challenge 

This ROD is most effective when done nonstop.

  • 80x Mountain Climbers.
  • 100x Jump rope rotations.
  • 10x Push Ups.
  • 10 Sit-outs.
  • 10x Burpees.
  • 10x Ball Slams.
  • 4 Lines of Ladder Footwork. (2 feet in 2 feet out)
  • 30 Kettlebell swings…. Repeat sequence as needed
