6 rounds of 20 work/10 rest at each station.  Stay at each station until all 6 rounds are complete, take 1 minute rest then move on to the next.

  • D-ball thrusters
  • Old school triangle sit ups
  • Rowers
  • Dumbell push press
  • Mountain climbers
  • Band side pulls
  • Lunge with a DB curl
