Tabata Tuesday

Today’s workout is Tabata (20 seconds work/10 seconds rest) style 6 rounds of these 6 exercises.  Complete the 6 rounds of 20 on 10 off each exercise with a minute rest between each.

  1. Burpees 
  2. OH Tricep presses
  3. Slam ball w/lunge
  4. Mtn Climbers
  5. Alternating V-ups
  6. Jumping pull ups
  7. 25# DB Press outs w/step
