Strength & Power
10 rounds for time of:
- 5 Double jumps (over hurdles, boxes, steppers etc)
- 5 BB or Dbl DB Snatch from floor ( w 65lbs / m 95lbs)
- 5 Front Squat (use any variation KB, Sandbag, BB etc)
