3 Stations,  each with 2 exercises

Each station will be 7 minutes for Max Rounds

1:30 min rest in between stations

 

Couplet # (move quickly)

  • 10 KB High pulls
  • 10 Squat thrusts

Couplet #2 (go heavy)

  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 10 Dumbbell Push Press

Couplet #3 (non-stop)

  • 10 Push-ups (NLP Style)
  • 10 Sit-outs (r=1, l=2…)
