Run 1300m, (that’s once around the Loop folk’s, Industrial Loop that is…) AFAP, then perform the following;
- 20 KB Swings (24/20)
- 15 Up and Over Jumps (1 stepper & 4 risers for women & 6 risers for men on each side)
- Max Rep Unbroken Knees to Elbows
Post time and total # of KTE reps to white board!
