This ROD will smoke you in preparation for the multiple culinary sins you are about to commit for the New Years. This is a 30 second work /15 second recovery couplet for four rounds with a 45 second rest between rounds.
Everyone will move through the couplets together and complete each couplet for 4 rounds before moving on.
