HIIT X-Treme – 7 pm

This is a 30 second work / 20 second recovery for 6 rounds 1 minute rest every two rounds.

  • Horizontal Reclines with feet on box
  • DB Split Squat Jumps (15/20)
  • DB Alternating Snatches (1 db in each hand snatch alternating 1 db at a time) (20/30)
  • Mtn. Climbers
  • KB Deadlift Jumps (24kg/26kg)
