This metabolic conditioning should do the trick!
6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest
- Battling ropes
- Dumbbbell snatches (alt. sides at each round)
- Kettlebell swings
- Dumbell push presses
Let’s do this circuit style with 1:00 between each round.
If you’re doing this right, you should be begging for the 1:00 rest
