15 seconds work/ 15 seconds rest for 8 rounds (24 cycles) at each triplet.

Take 1:30 rest between each triplet.

  • Kettlebell swings
  • Push ups
  • Mtn. climbers

 

  • Kettlebell racked squats
  • Reclines
  • DB push presses

Go heavier than normal!

run 1 loop AFAP, then 8 rounds of each exercise consecutively for 25/13 before moving to the next exercise.

  • Front KB squats
  • Box jumps
  • BB clean & press (60/75lbs)
  • Sandbag  or Atlas Stone shoulderings (alt r/l)

 

You don’t need more time to workout to get Fit….

You just need more intensity!
