15 seconds work/ 15 seconds rest for 8 rounds (24 cycles) at each triplet.
Take 1:30 rest between each triplet.
- Kettlebell swings
- Push ups
- Mtn. climbers
- Kettlebell racked squats
- DB push presses
Go heavier than normal!
run 1 loop AFAP, then 8 rounds of each exercise consecutively for 25/13 before moving to the next exercise.
- Front KB squats
- Box jumps
- BB clean & press (60/75lbs)
- Sandbag or Atlas Stone shoulderings (alt r/l)
