21-15-9 reps AFAP

  • DB/KG Goblet squats  GO HEAVY ON THE SQUATS
  • DB snatch (alt r/l)
  • Box jumps

After completeing 21 reps of each exercise SPRINT 100m, after completing 15 reps of each exercise SPRINT 200m and after completing  9 reps of each exercise SPRINT 300m.
