 Thursday Trauma        6:30 & 7:30 pm

30 seconds work /20 seconds recovery for 6 rounds rest 1 minute every 2 rounds

  • DB Hang Squat Cleans – go heavy
  • Umpas – dumbbells in hands at sides of chest, flat on back, knee bent position, right hand w/DB will reach over left shoulder as hip extends, squeeze butt and repeat on other side.
  • 2 KB swings to a walkout – repeat rapidly
  • SB Clean to Lateral Lunges
  • Plank Climbers
