  • Seated Pull-ups
  • Dbl KB Walking Lunge w/ Overhead Press (measured in paces, i.e. 10 paces 8…so on)
  • Half-Burpees

Cones will be placed from the pull-up bar to the back wall. Each way will count as 1 rep.
