Complete with team of 2 or 3.

Increase weight between sets, post max weight to white board.

6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest at each station

Complete all 6 stations, take 30 sec rest, move on to the next exercise.

Go all out, keeping the reps consistent for all six rounds at each exercise.
