15 min AMLAP
Form teams of 4-7 teammates
Load each sled with a minimum of 100lbs, after each teammate has pushed the sled one LAP (IGOUGO) add a minimum of 25lbs to each sled. Continue in this manner until you can no longer push the sled or 15 minutes are up.
Ladies, if you can no longer push the sled, then two ladies can team-up to push the sled to continue the AMLAP.
*Lap = one direction, not back and forth
In this team ROD (3 – 5 teammates) you move from each of five stations after a minute.
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On the sound of the bell “rotate”, the person must move to next station immediately, while the clock keeps ticking. Three rounds will be executed by each team.
