The 12 Days of Christmas Ladder

Start at the top. Do the first exercise, then the 2nd exercise + the first and so on… til you complete the ladder.

On the first day of Christmas my trainer said to me… Do

  1. A Push-up to a Push Press
  2. Rotational Sandbag Lunges (each side)
  3. KB Snatch Pulls
  4. Sit-outs (each side)
  5. Dynamic Squats
  6. Pulls of Pull-ups
  7. Wall Ball Shots
  8. KB Cleans (4 each side)
  9. Ball Slams
  10. Burpees Burping
  11. DB Thrusters
  12. Kettlebell Swings

You must perform these exercises just like we sing the song, i.e. On the first day of Christmas my trainer said to me, a push-up with a heavy push press. On the second day of Christmas my trainer said to me, two Sandbag lunges, and a push-up with a push press. On the third day of Christmas my trainer said to me three kb snatch pulls, two sandbag lunges and a push-up with a push press… and so on.
