EMOM Body-weight 

For 10 minutes

  •    5 Burpees
  • 10 Lunge jumps (l+r=2)
  • 15 Mountain climbers (left/right = 1 rep)

Rest 2 minutes then… for another 10 minutes

  •   6 Push Throughs
  • 10 Sit-outs (l+r=2)
  •   6 Frog Push-ups
