Two Minute Torture III

Every 2 Mins for 20 Minutes

  •   3 BarBell Hang Squat Clean and Press
  • 10 Ball Slams
  • 20 Jumping Split Squats (each leg=1)(back knee almost to the ground)

When performing the split squats make sure your rear knee is down at almost 90 degrees or it’s no good.
