  • Run 325 meters (to the door of 115 Indust. Loop) – ( NLPN to the Court house steps)
  • 30 DB Thrusters (Men 35/40 lbs. – Women 25/30 lbs)
  • 30 Sit-ups (place feet under DB’s/arms crossed at chest)
