Five exercises

Descending Time Intervals: 60 second work / 50 / 40/ 30/ 20 with a 20 second recovery throughout.

  • KB Swings
  • Double DB Rows
  • Half-Burpees
  • DB Hang Cleans
  • DB Thrusters

All DB weights should be the same for all movements. NO Rest other than recovery.  Trainer’s attention to the clock is crucial.
