  • Goblet Squats
  • KB Dead-lifts
  • Dbl KB Cleans
  • Dbl KB Seated Floor Presses

Challenge yourselves with KB weight that you can do 10 reps with but no more. Don’t just pick a KB that you can blow right through this routine. Pick a weight you have to struggle a bit to get to that 10th rep.
