Med Ball Warm-up

Cinco de Mayo

5 Exercises for 15 reps for 25 minutes

  • 15 Dead-lifts
  • 15 DB Thrusters
  • 15 DB Rows (r/l)
  • 15 KB Swings
  • 15 DB Floor Presses

Take rest as needed – then… for 5 minutes

Let’s have fun…

Choose group of 3 or more using a Slam Ball, place the ball in the middle of a circle. Have members take turns running to the middle to do 1 Ball Slam and then run back to their place.

Using music, Play the music and randomly pause and whoever has the slam ball when the music stops must do 5 reps of whatever exercise the instructor yells, then step out of the circle. Start the music again until time runs out.
