Workout
Men will Perform 10 minutes of Dbl Kettlebells
- Long Cycle Clean & Jerks
Women will Perform 10 minutes of Single Kettlebell (switching hands at 5 minutes)
- Long Cycle Clean & Jerks
Rest 2 minutes… Then
10 Minute EMOM of:
- 8 Squat Thrusts
- 8 Burpees
- 8 Burpees into sit-outs
- 8 Burpees single leg (4 r/l)
- 8 Burpees side to side with runner
- 8 Burpees mule kick
- 8 Burpees mtn. climber
- 8 Burpees 2 jack
- 8 Burpees tuck jump
- 8 Burpees 2 plank jacks
