    • Butt Kickers
    • Frankenstein’s
    • Air Squats
    • Jumping Jacks
    • Lateral Lunges

Pre – Game 8 min EMOM

Odd Minute = 15 KB Swings + 15 Mountain Climbers on KB

Even Minute = 10 DB Clean & Press (5R/ 5L) GO HEAVY!!

Workout – 5 Rounds for Time

    • 10 DB Deadlifts
    • 10 KB Renegade Rows (5R/ 5L)
    • 10 KB Cleans (R)
    • 10 KB Cleans (L)
    • 10 Power Jacks
    • 2 40 yard sprints at 80% max effort. Sprint out 40 yards then walk back and sprint again.
