Partner Workout

Partners will work together for 3  AMRAPs @ 10 minutes each. One partner works at a time. Take 2 minutes rest between each AMRAP.

    • 15 Kneeling KB OH Press (1 KB)
    • 30 sec KB Bottoms Up Hold
