Pre-Game – 100 Thrusters

    • 10 Push-ups
    • 10 Dynamic Squats
    • Max Thrusters (Go until failure!)
  • Once you fail the thrusters you must perform the push-ups and squats again.
  • Choose a challenging weight. Goal should be 7-8 rounds.

Workout – For Time

    • KB Swings
