Workout – AMRAP (25 min)

Drop Sets – Use 3 sets of DBs 6-10-15 reps (Heavy-Medium-Light)

    • Floor Press (1-1-2)
    • Goblet Squat
    • Shoulder Press
    • High Pulls
  • Complete Drop Set at each movement, rest 30 seconds, move to next movement.
