Workout – KB Circuit

40 sec work/ 20 sec rest x 6 rounds (Choose 1 challenging weight.)

    • KB Clean
    • KB Racked Squat
    • KB Push Press
    • KB Racked Lunge
  • Rounds 1, 3, & 5 perform all movements on the right.  Rounds 2, 4, & 6 switch to the the left side.
    Take 1 min rest after 2 rounds.
