Workout – AMRAP

5 Rounds @ 5 min each

  • 400 m Run then AMRAP w/ remaining time…
    • 5 DB Deadlifts
    • 5 DB Hang Cleans
    • 5 DB Front Squats
    • 5 DB Push Press
  • 2 min rest between Rounds (Count your reps/Post on Board after each round.)
