Pre-Game EMOM

  • Odd Minute = 12 Slam Balls
  • Even Minute = 10 Mountain Climbers + 10 Push-ups

Workout Circuit

  • Rounds 1,2, & 3 40 sec work/ 20 sec rest
  • Rounds 4, 5, & 6 20 sec work/ 10 sec rest
    • Goblet Squats

    • Renegade Rows
    • Glute Bridge
