Group Warm-up

  • 300 m Run then 3 rounds @ 20 sec each…
    • Air Squats
    • Squat Hold
    • Push-ups
    • High Plank
    • Plate Rainbow
    • Overhead Plate Hold

Pre-Game EMOM

    • 50 DB Thrusters
    • Perform 3 Burpees at the top of every minute
    • 50 H2H Swings
    • Perform 3 Split Jumps  (R+L=1) at the top of every minute.
  • Choose a challenging weight for each movement.

Workout
