Circuit Workout

35 sec work/ 15 sec rest x 6 rounds w/ 1 min rest after 2 rounds

    • DB Box Step Ups
    • Slam Ball
    • Bench Hops
    • Knee Knee Dbl Knee (use Dynamax)
    • KB Figure 8’s w/ OH Press

Partner Finisher

  • 10-9-8-7—-> 1 Plate Curls
    • Partner A performs 10 plate curls while Partner B hold the plate OH. Then Partner B performs 10 plate curls while Partner A holds the plate OH.
