Here’s the workout:
1 minute work / 15 second rest with 1:30 rest in between rounds for 2 rounds
- Heavy jump rope or jumping jacks w/ body bar press
- Kettlebell swings
- Kneeling slamball
- Split stance reaching band rows
- DB push press
This is all between boxing bags and mitts and don’t forget, the last 30 seconds of each exercise is a ” I say you do”.
