Nxt Level Conditioning Circuit

Four rounds; One minute recovery between rounds

Intervals look like this:
  • round 1: 30/20
  • round 2: 30/15
  • round 3: 25/15
  • round 4: 20/10

Movements are:

  1. Reclines
  2. Slam ball
  3. Rower
  4. Mountain climbers
  5. Kettlebell swings (modified dead swings)
  6. Push ups on rings (modified on knees)

This Fitness system works especially well with people who are over 50 years old. It brings back a sort of youthful feel for life. It also brings back functional & neuroendricrinal competancy when there was a seemingly slow decline in normal bodily functions. Below is just a small example of some over 50 year old, everyday regular Joe’s enjoying and sharing their views on the benefits of  High Intensity Interval Training, aka CrossFit.
