NLP’s Athlete Underground Strength Training Program started last week. 

We want to welcome the Panthers Softball Fast Pitch 18U & 12U teams, The Bottom of the 9th Baseball Academy and soon enough our Staten Island HS Football Players will be coming back.

This years winter program will have 50+ athletes and 1 coach training hard, building bad ass muscle and unstoppable endurance (pictures coming soon).

We have room for a few more athletes, so smarten up and get your butt off the couch and come train at the best training facility on Staten Island.
