Do 40 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest for three rounds non-stop.
- Kettlebell swings
- Russian twists
- Mountain climbers
Take 2 minutes rest, then do this one…
- Kettlebell high pulls
- Band snap-downs
- Jump ropes
