  • Floor DB chest presses
  • Dumbell thrusters
  • Dumbell rows (alt. between rounds)
  • KB deadlift jumps
  • Overhead dumbell presses in split stance

  • Push ups / Mtn Climbers
  • Air Squats / Running in place
  • Burpees & a half / Tuck jumps
